All buyers will register to bid through the Proxibid website. Bidders will establish a Proxibid account that includes a user name and password, in addition we ask you fill out all your other info in your account including the name that will be on your invoice if you are the winning bidder along with any tax exempt info to make the checkout process an easy transaction. LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Northrop Auction Service provides a staff member and a forklift to load your auction items. If this is an offsite auction we will not have access to a loading dock to load your item safely. Northrop Auction Service L.L.C has the right to refuse to load an item if the staff member feels it is unsafe or is deemed too heavy for our equipment to lift.
