Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. IF YOU PAY VIA CREDIT CARD and for any reason reverse the charges on that card after winning an item, you will be charged $500 in liquidated damages for the anticipated cost to O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC for handling a reversed charge. IF YOU FAIL to remove your bikes within 15 days and make no CONCRETE arrangements with the auction company or Mach IV, you will be charged $10/bike/day for storage.
