You are responsible for paying for your purchases within THREE (3) days of the auction. You agree to reimburse O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC its costs of collecting any amount owed you do not pay, including reimbursing O'Brien Auctioneers for its actual attorney fees incurred in attempting to collect any unpaid amount. You consent to jurisdiction in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court for resolution of any dispute between you and O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC related to this Auction. Wisconsin Sales Tax Laws apply to all purchases. Outagamie County Sales Tax is 5.5%. All items must be removed by Monday September 11, 2023 unless other arrangements have been made with Mach IV Motors OR Auction Company.

IF THE DESCRIPTION SAYS "TITLE: NO", THERE IS NO TITLE, THERE WILL NEVER BE A TITLE, YOU WILL NOT GET A TITLE. *** IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK DRIVER PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS, THEY MUST HAVE A PAID RECEIPT, WITH THE BIKES YOU HAVE WON, IN HAND, AT TIME OF PICKUP *** Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property.
