Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment for this auction include wire transfer ($25 fee), major credit cards, cashiers check, and personal or business check (w/bank letter of credit over $5,000). There will be a 3% electronic fee added to your total to run your card. There will also be a 12% Buyers Premium added to your total. THERE ARE NO CAPS. Sales tax applies to in state residents only. We DO NOT subscribe to Proxibid payments; therefore, we do NOT have your credit card information on hand. We will e-mail invoices via the e-mail address associated with Proxibid users. Please make sure this e-mail is current and be mindful to check it after the auction. After receiving your invoice, please respond promptly to odacauctions@gmail.com with payment information. If you wire money, please e-mail us a confirmation with name and amount wired so we will know. The LATEST we can accept payment is Monday, August 28th at 5 PM EST. Location: 350 Magnolia St., Orangeburg, SC 29115
Driving Directions: Turn into main entrance of Orangeburg Fairgrounds. The auction will be held outside.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc. SC Sales Tax Laws apply to SC residents. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. ODAC will assist you to the best of their ability in loading your item(s). All items must be picked up by Wednesday, August 30th unless prior arrangements have been made. All items must be paid for by Monday, August 29th at 12 PM EST. Any items left after August 30th are subject to storage fees. The buyers are responsible for any and all transportation, loading, and securing the loads. Due to circumstances beyond our control, a piece may be removed from the auction. If you have an interest in one particular piece, please call to confirm said piece has been delivered and checked into the auction.
