Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment for this auction include major credit cards. There will be a 3% electronic fee. Winning bidders on guns should promptly send us an e-mail (odacauctions@gmail.com) after a winning bid with payment information, a scanned copy of FFL License, and any additional insurance that you would like on your gun more than the included $600-which will increase shipping cost. There is a $40 flat rate fee on EACH gun ($30 for shipping and handling and $10 for insurance-up to $600 on gun). We do not subscribe to Proxibid payments, you must e-mail with payment information. We do not keep your credit card information on file.

Shipping Instructions: Ammunition and safes are available for pick up ONLY at the Orangeburg Co. Fairgrounds. Winning bidders for ammo or safes need call to schedule an appointment for pick-up the day after the auction (Saturday, November 5th, 2017) between 9 AM EST and 3 PM EST. The buyer is responsible for a flat rate of $40 shipping on EACH gun. This includes shipping, handling, and insurance (covering up to $600) fee for guns shipped in US. If you would like insurance covering more than $600 on your item, e-mail odacauctions@gmail.com by 12:00 PM EST on Saturday, November 5th, 2017. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER (FFL)-NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY GUNS. YOU MUST SCAN AND EMAIL A COPY OF THE FFL LICENSE WHERE YOUR GUN IS TO BE SENT BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH, 2017 BY 12:00 PM EST TO ODACAUCTIONS@GMAIL.COM. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT A SCANNED COPY OF FFL LISCENCE. When we ship your gun(s), we will include a copy of our FFL License for the dealer.
Preview Date & Times: Preview will be held November 4th from 12 PM EST- 6:30 PM EST.
Checkout Date & Times: As soon as we get payment and scanned FFL license we will mail guns out. As stated above, checkout for ammunition and safes will be at location only on Saturday, November 5th from 9 AM EST through 3 PM EST.

(10% buyer’s premium, 3% credit card, 3% internet) NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. All items must be paid for within 24 hours. All items are to be removed by Saturday, November 5th. Ammunition and safes will be pick-up ONLY at auction location. We will NOT ship. Any items left after November 5th are subject to storage fees. Guns will be shipped out promptly. ALL guns will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). The buyers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance fees. See payment information.
