Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment for this auction include wire transfers. No equipment will be moved until invoice is paid in full. There will also be a 10% Buyers Premium added to your total. THERE ARE NO CAPS. Sales tax applies to in state residents only. A $25 wiring fee will also be added to your invoice. After receiving your invoice, please respond promptly to odacauctions@gmail.com. Payment must be made by Tuesday, April 1st.

Shipping Instructions: Auction is PICK UP only. All items must be picked up with-in a week of the auction between the hours of 9am-5pm EST unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Any items left over 30 days will be subject to storage fees. ODAC will assist you to the best of their ability in loading your item(s). BUYER'S are responsible for any and all transportation, loading, and securing loads. No equipment will leave the sale yard until payment has been cleared.
Preview Date & Times: Items can be previewed the week of the sale from 9am-5pm.
Checkout Date & Times: Auction is PICK UP only. All items need to be pick up within a week of the auction between the hours of 9am-5pm EST unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Storage fees will apply after April 15th.

Driving Directions: This auction will be at ODAC's new permanent location located on 3825 Bells Highway located in Walterboro, SC.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc. SC Sales Tax Laws apply to in-state residents. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium with no cap per item for successful online bidders. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. The accepted form of payment for this auction is wire transfer. There will be a $25.00 wiring transfer fee added to your invoice when it is e-mailed to you Monday, March 31st. After receiving your invoice, please respond promptly to odacauctions@gmail.com. ODAC will assist you to the best of their ability in loading your item(s).
