Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment for this auction include major credit cards only. There will be a 3% electronic fee added to your total to run your card. There will also be a 15% Buyers Premium added to your total. There are no caps. Sales tax applies to in state residents only. Winning bidders on guns should promptly send us an e-mail (odacauctions@gmail.com) after a winning bid with payment information, a scanned copy of FFL License where gun will be shipped, and any additional insurance that you would like on your gun more than the included $600. if you choose more than included $600, it will increase shipping cost. There is a $40 flat rate fee on EACH gun ($30 for shipping and handling and $10 for insurance-up to $600 on gun). Guns will be shipped through USPS. We do not subscribe to Proxibid payments, you must e-mail with credit card information or call by 3 PM on Saturday, March 25th with CC information. Shipping Instructions: If this sale includes ammunition and/or safes, these items are available for pick up ONLY at the Orangeburg Co. Fairgrounds on March 25th, 2017 between 9 AM-3PM. The buyer is responsible for a flat rate of $40 shipping on EACH gun. This includes shipping, handling, and insurance (covering up to $600) fee for guns shipped in US. If you would like insurance covering more than $600 on your item, e-mail odacauctions@gmail.com by 12:00 PM EST on Saturday, March 25th, 2017. We ship our firearms through USPS. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER (FFL)-NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY GUNS. YOU MUST SCAN AND EMAIL A COPY OF THE FFL LICENSE WHERE YOUR GUN IS TO BE SENT BY MONDAY, MARCH 27, 2017 BY 12:00 PM EST TO ODACAUCTIONS@GMAIL.COM. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT A SCANNED COPY OF FFL LISCENCE AND COMPLETED PAYMENT. When we ship your gun(s), we will include a copy of our FFL License.
Preview Date & Times: Preview dates will be held March 24th from 12 PM EST-6:30 PM EST.
Checkout Date & Times: We plan to ship firearms out promptly after receving FFL copy and payment. If you plan on picking your item(s) up, pickup will be at auction location the following day, March 25th, 2017 between 9 AM EST-3 PM EST.

Driving Directions: Turn into main entrance of Orangeburg Fairgrounds. The auction will be held inside the building to the right.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc. SC Sales Tax Laws apply to SC residents. There is a 15% buyer’s premium added to your final bid. (12% online buyer’s premium, 3% credit card) NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. All items must be paid for within 24 hours. If ammunition or gun safes are included in auction, these items will be pick-up ONLY at auction location. We DO NOT SHIP AMMO OR SAFES. Any items left after March 25th are subject to storage fees. Guns will be shipped out promptly. ALL guns will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) through USPS. The buyers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance fees. See payment information. We CANNOT ship out firearms until we have FFL and payment.
