Any such arbitration shall be conducted in Licking County, Ohio, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties. Within fifteen (15) days after the commencement of the arbitration, each party shall select one person to act as arbitrator, and the two arbitrators so selected shall select a third arbitrator within ten (10) days of their appointment. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the third arbitrator’s expenses and the administrative fees of arbitration. Shipping details- WE DO NOT SHIP AMMO. We strive to make shipping affordable for buyers. We make a minimal handling fee to cover labor and materials. Where we can we will re-use boxes and packing materials. Rates from the shippers have gone up extensively lately. We will not ship first class unless the total invoice is under $25.00. There will be buyers who buy a $7 item and have to pay double that for shipping. Please be aware of what you are buying. The cheapest shipping invoice we can produce is $14.00. Insurance is mandatory and is usually the bulk of any shipping label. Local pickup is available. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. In many cases we can have shipping invoices sent to most buyers the day after the auction.
