The property is restricted to single-family residential and agricultural use. The single-family residence can be maintained, repaired, remodeled or replaced but the square footage cannot be expanded without written consent from the county. Typically the county does not support residential expansion so I?m not sure a request for an addition would be approved. Accessory structures cannot exceed a total of 2,500 square feet. The conservation easement ties a ... share of Highland Ditch so that water must be sold with the property. Boulder County has a 5% undivided ownership interest in the water, so any water stock transfer request will need to be drafted and signed by the county.
