A sample bank letter is as follows: Mr. (customer name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of check on this account (acct #) up to (specify amount) Dollars for purchase at your auction on (date of auction). 12% Buyer's Fee added to all items. 10.2% sales tax added to all items where applicable. We do not charge tax on items with titles. All other items will have tax added to their purchase price. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide us with a sales tax EXEMPTION certificate in order to be exempt from sales tax.

Preview Date & Times: We will be onsite starting Monday, November 11th-Thursday. November 14th from 9am-4pm accepting consignments. The public is allowed to walk through during these hours to preview items.
Checkout Date & Times: Sunday, November 17th from 9am-2pm Monday, November 18th-Wednesday, November 20th from 9am-4pm Everything must be picked up by Wednesday, November 20th by 4pm. PAID IN FULL receipt will be needed when picking up your items.
