Description

The Jeff and Leah Otto trust auction will be held December 2nd, at 6 pm in the Knox County Community Center, in Edina. This auction represents a great balance of outstanding tillable acreage, along with some very well-maintained pasture. The farms are located just southwest of Novelty, Missouri in Knox County.

Tract 1 is 160.3 surveyed acres of some of the best tillable land in Northeast Missouri. A road on two sides, terraced and very well maintained. FSA figures indicate 145.06 open acres.
