EXEMPLARY UNDERFOLDER POLYTECH AKS223 MG.

Lot # 1003 (Sale Order: 4 of 856)

Cal. 223. S# PF85000408. Bbl. 16”. The ultimate in 1980s gun culture were the Chinese mfg. AK47 variants that were once so plentiful & inexpensive. The highest quality & ...moremost sought after variants were mfg. by Polytech & imported in numerous configurations. As their popularity increased in the United States w/ shooters & collectors & the availability of the once rare 7.62x39mm ammunition became available, we were faced w/ the first of numerous pieces of legislation dealing w/ the propaganda push of the day & firearms w/ similar attributes were branded “assault weapons” & eventually heavily restricted. Of course the full autos were already heavily under attack & their mfg. ceased on May 19, 1986. One of the first new restrictions regarding the semi automatic versions to go into effect was mandated by executive order w/out legislative involvement & banned the importation of guns that didn’t qualify as having a sporting purpose. One of the most noticeable & popular functional features is the bottom folding metal stock that was designed to completely fold over & around a loaded 30 rd. mag. This particular example is a textbook piece w/ its light brown hardwood furniture, still in factory packaging as it left China. Stamped receiver. Hooded front sight post & rear sight adj. in elevation to 800m. Safety selector on right side of receiver. Complete w/ its bayonet, scabbard, threaded bbl. & slanted muzzle brake. MAGS: 3 - 30 rd. factory. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory box & all components as shipped from Polytech including green canvas sling, oil bottle, cylindrical cleaning kit & magazines still unsealed plastic bags. CONDITION: all outward appearances indicate that this particular example may have been removed from its factory packaging only for display & occasional light fondling after being converted to full auto by SWD Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia as we received it in its original styrofoam lined cardboard box. All factory provided components are still nestled in their proper place. Finish coverage is complete w/ only thinning between stock & receiver, which can’t be avoided once extended & collapsed. Light impressions in lower handguard that correspond w/ closed placement of folding stock. Lower receiver marked “SWD INC., ATL. GA” left side trigger on bottom. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. Bore is shiny w/ strong rifling. NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT MG REQUIRING BATF TRANSFER BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION. FULLY TRANSFERABLE. (03-1528/JZ). MODERN CLASS III. $13,000-18,000.

FULLY TRANSFERABLE ACTION ARMS MODEL B OPEN BOLT

Lot # 1011 (Sale Order: 12 of 856)

UZI SMG. Cal. 9mm. S# SA64065 (XO-0035). Bbl. 10". An original UZI Model B initially mfg. as a semi-automatic carbine later converted to a select fire SMG utilizing an X-...moreRing registered bolt (S# XO-0035). The original platform was available in several calibers, but the vast majority were offered in 9mm parabellum. Open bolt, select fire mechanism that is light years ahead of its technology when it comes to use, it can be utilized in its collapsed, concealable configuration, yet takes only moments to extend the rear stock w/ a simple slap of the control hand pulling it into its extended position. The Uzi bbl. only appears to be a couple inches in length which greatly minimizes its signature for use in tight quarters, but because of the ingenious design it actually extends back inside of the bolt giving the operator over 10 inches of rifled bbl. to increase hit probability immensely. Its ratcheting top cover is an important safety factor when utilizing an open bolt mechanism. Those that are familiar w/ the 1911 family of firearms will appreciate the grip safety integrated into the mechanism. This particular example has black plastic furniture. Bottom front mounted bayonet lug. Sling swivels on left side of receiver & stock. Elevation adj. protected post front sight. Dual aperture rear sight. Left side markings “A-F-S” above safety/selector. Left rear receiver markings “UZI semi_auto / MODEL B / 9mm PARA / IMI_ISRAEL”. Right side receiver markings include S# SA 64605 & “ACTION ARMS, LTD. / Phile. PA”. Bbl. appears to be threaded 1/2x28 w/ a knurled thread protector. MAGS: 2-25 rd. parkerized stick mags. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: mag. loader & Assault Systems nylon transport case. CONDITION: all exposed metal surfaces are black painted in what appears to be factory finish. Stock locks tight & positive in both open & closed position. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand, shiny bore w/ strong rifling. There appears to be a ring approx. 3 1/2” from the bore w/ a corresponding slight bulge that can be felt but is difficult to see externally, indicating possibly a squib load at some point. DESIRABLE 45 ACP FULLY TRANSFERABLE UZI SMG.

Lot # 1013 (Sale Order: 14 of 856)

Cal. 45 ACP. S# SA46254 (882). Bbl. 10". An original UZI Model B initially mfg. as a semi-automatic carbine later converted to a select fire SMG utilizing a BG Machine re...moregistered bolt (S# 882). The original platform was available in several calibers, but the vast majority were offered in 9mm parabellum. This particular example is chambered in 45 ACP utilizing an aftermarket trigger group that allows the use of Grease Gun mags. Open bolt, select fire mechanism that is light years ahead of its technology when it comes to use. It can be utilized in its collapsed, concealable configuration, yet takes only moments to extend the rear stock w/ a simple slap of the control hand pulling it into its extended position. The Uzi bbl. only appears to be a couple inches in length which greatly minimizes its signature for use in tight quarters, but because of the ingenious design it actually extends back inside of the bolt giving the operator over 10” of rifled bbl. to increase hit probability immensely. Sling swivels on left side of receiver & stock w/ a tan canvas sling. Elevation adj. protected post front sight. Dual aperture rear sight. Left side markings “A-R-S” above safety/selector. Left rear receiver markings “UZI semi_auto / MODEL B / 9mm PARA / IMI_ISRAEL”. Right side receiver markings include S# SA 46254 & “ACTION ARMS, LTD. / Phile. PA”. MAGS: 2-30 rd. blued stick mags. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Shooting Systems nylon transport case. CONDITION: all exposed metal surfaces are black painted in what appears to be factory finish aside from the parkerized ratcheting top cover. Stock locks tight & positive in both open & closed position. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand, shiny bore w/ strong rifling. NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT MG REQUIRING BATF TRANSFER BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION. FULLY TRANSFERABLE. (22-264 & 03-1534/JZ). MODERN CLASS III. $6,000-10,000.

COMPLETE AMERICAN 180 SMG PACKAGE WITH EXTRA

Lot # 1014 (Sale Order: 15 of 856)

DRUMS AND BARRELS. Cal. 22 LR. S# B01189. Bbl. 16 1/2". Originally mfg. & imported from Austria, the earliest American 180 variants were classified as Dealer Samples due ...moreto the inability to import transferable machine guns after 1968. E&L mfg. started building a version in the United States & since they were domestic in mfg., these were fully transferable firearms. The American 180 is an open bolt, select fire 22 LR buzz saw that typically feeds from a 176 rd., 3 tiered metal circular mag. mounted on top of the receiver. E&L mfg. made a few plastic mags. w/ a capacity of 165 rds., 220 rds. & 275 rds. All of them utilize a captured spring winding mechanism to operate, just like the originals. The cyclic rate is often rumored to be in excess of 2000 RPM & a single burst in a full mag. is completed in only 7 seconds. The sound is as unique as its appearance, compared more to that of a chainsaw than a firearm because of the excessive cyclic rate. The bbl. is finned in a similar style to that of the legendary Thompson w/ a protected blade front sight & an adj. peep rear sight. The forend, pistol grip & shoulder stock are an attractive matching hardwood. Finish on all exposed metal parts is blued or black paint all bearing the same color & tone. Left side non reciprocating charging handle. Safety is located on the right side of the receiver. The selector is a cross slide pin. When pushed from left to right, full auto is selected & will continue to fire as long as trigger is held to the rear. When the pin is pushed in from the right, it is an open bolt semi auto action. The unique drum, w/ winding assembly is mounted on the top, above the chamber, forward of the trigger. The ejection port is below the firearm forward of the trigger. Top of factory length bbl. just rear of front sight marked "MADE IN AUSTRIA". Other markings directly below drum placement include “AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL CORP / SLC UTAH USA / A002118”. It is also marked “CAL. 22 LR” directly above chamber. Also includes 9" bbl. w/ a heavy profile & threaded muzzle bearing the familiar wooden Thompson SMG style vertical pistol grip. Removable rear stock locks w/ a single push button to the rear of the receiver similar to that of a Thompson SMG. Sling swivel left rear side of receiver. MAGS: 2 polymer E&L Mfg. believed to be 165 rds. & 220 rds. (possibly 275). UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: extra 9" bbl. w/ vertical fore grip, 1 metal winder, 1 E&L loading tray, E&L owner instructional manual, 1 black nylon transport bag. CONDITION: original finish enjoys full coverage on exposed metal surfaces w/ some thinning on high spots & in areas of mechanical intervention. No major visible flaws of any type. Wood furniture exhibits only light handling marks w/ several sm. impressions typically associated w/ storage. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. Both drums appear to be functional & both rotate freely. Both bores are shiny w/ visible rifling. NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT SMG REQUIRING BATF TRANSFER BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION. FULLY TRANSFERABLE. (03-1535/JZ). MODERN CLASS III. $6,000-9,000.

FULLY TRANSFERABLE POWDER SPRINGS, GA INGRAM M10

Lot # 1018 (Sale Order: 19 of 856)

SMG. Cal. 45. S# 1-3006443. Bbl. 6". There are very few firearms that conjure up the imagination of the general public more than the mere mention of the MAC 10. The Ingra...morem Model 10 was originally designed in 1964. It would become the 1st of many sm. simplistic SMGs to contrast the expensive & labor intensive earlier variants such as the Thompson & Reising M50. Ingram’s 2 basic guidelines while designing the Model 10 “simple & cheap” while remaining effective & reliable. Made famous mostly by Hollywood, the M10 had appearances on the silver screen & on television eventually earning the infamous title of “The Gun That Made The 80’s Roar” starting w/ John Wayne utilizing a suppressed 9mm M10 in the 1974 movie “McQ”. A favorite example used by the organized anti-gun movement, the Mac 10 was eventually, incorrectly & inaccurately synonymous w/ every crime committed for a long period of time. Here we have an Ingram variant mfg. in Powder Springs, GA. Chambered in 45 ACP. Protected post fixed front sight & rear peep sight that is integral w/ the receiver. Select fire, open bolt, blowback action. Selector on left side of receiver. Safety inside trigger guard. MAGS: 2-30 rd. metal grease gun style mags w/ Cobray logo. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory front safety strap, 6 1/2” bbl. extension, ACE black nylon transport case. CONDITION: exposed metal surfaces enjoy a parkerized finish w/ complete coverage throughout. Very few handling marks consisting of very light scratches primarily on front left section of receivers. All outward appearances indicate very little actual use. AS NEW 12 GA. TROMIX S17 SBS SAIGA 12.

Lot # 1022 (Sale Order: 23 of 856)

Cal. 12 Ga. S# H11409996. Bbl. 8". Since the last round of import restrictions, very few firearms have been as highly sought after as the Saiga-12 shotgun. These firearm...mores as popular as they continue to be were well known for being all over the map as far as quality control. While some function flawlessly, running everything from hot slugs & buck shot down to the inexpensive bulk pack ammo, there were others that refused to cycle properly regardless of ammo type. Because of this non conformity an entire aftermarket industry with fixes, upgrades & accessories quickly formed. Of those companies that rebuilt & upgraded the Saiga-12 platform, none were as highly sought after as TROMIX Lead Delivery Systems started by Tony Rumore, a long time gun plumber & skunkworx specialist well known for many of his innovative, sometimes outrageous designs. His version of the Saiga-12 often referred to as the S17. Though it may quickly be easily identified by the aggressive door breeching shark muzzle break & familiar XS night sights a detailed look will expose an enormous number of upgrades to the original platform that could include a SAW pistol grip, re-machining the receiver end to the correct angle & adding a TIG welded back plate, a welded safety selector stop, welded TROMIX trigger guard, welded up discarded axis pin holes, the addition of US mfg. fire control parts, modifying the mag well for standard capacity magazines, realigning the gas block, tuning the extractor w/ proper bbl. relief & sand blasting w/ aluminum oxide media before refinishing w/ a black, bake on Norrell Molly Resin.
