The left side of the frame is marked with the cal. designation, followed by "MANN'S - PATENTE," with "MADE IN GERMANY" and a Crown/N commercial nitro proof marked on the right. Front grip strap is marked with the S#, followed by "-21," indicating the model designation. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece "MANN" checkered black hard rubber grips. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame, bbl., bolt, and cocking knob. MAGS: one 5-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain most of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some areas of mild wear and thinning, with some scattered areas of light to mild surface oxidation and pitting. The top of the slide is marked "BREVETE S G D G PATENTED SEPT. 8 1908," with "CAL. 7.65 MODELE DEPOSE" marked on the left. Left side of the frame is marked with Pieper's mfg. information, followed by the Bayard trademark logo. Right side of the frame and slide both exhibit an Imperial German Reichsadler, with the frame also exhibiting a small crowned Imperial German military acceptance proof. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece "BAYARD" checkered black hard rubber grips. Matching numbers are present on the frame and slide. MAGS: two 5-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: black leather holster marked "L. I. R. 387." on the closure flap. CONDITION: metal components retain bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some light to mild edge wear, some superficial handling marks, as well as some spots of light pitting and oxidation, primarily on the rear of the slide and frame. Bore exhibits varying degrees of dark pitting while retaining well-defined rifling throughout. Grips show some scattered nicks and marks from handling and storage, with the right panel exhibiting a small crack that stems from the lower screw slot. Frame and slide exhibit what appears to be a professionally reapplied blue finish, with the bbl., trigger, and safety lever being polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Half-moon blade front sight with U-notch rear sight. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame, slide, and bbl.
