CONDITION: arsenal reworked stock set shows moderate wear, dents, scratches & heavy staining throughout. Stock has crack on top in wrist area. Handguard has sm. crack in forward end extending approx 1 1/2" rearward. Metal retains 50% thinning worn blue, turning gray / patina, w/ oxidation & extensive fine pitting throughout. CONDITION: refinished stock shows wear, dents, scratches & staining throughout. Forend tip has extensive repaired crack on both sides extending to lower band. Handguard has notable reddish hue. Sight blades secured by allen screws. 1) S# 202932. Bbl. 22 3/8". Rifle has been shortened; possible drill use. Stacking swivel not present. White web parade type sling w/ polished brass fittings. Flat trap buttplate. "Sargeant's peep rear sight". Walnut stock set. CONDITION: stock set shows arsenal rework w/ added gloss finish. Lg. crack extending from rear of receiver to nose area. Handguard has crack running from rear sight to receiver ring. Stock shows crude fitting around upper band. Metal retains 60% arsenal reworked blue w/ wear, scratches, light oxidation & fine pitting throughout. Front sight not squarely installed. Bbl. crown cut on noticeable slant. Poor heavily oxidized bore w/ extensive pitting. (17-1860/RW). 2) S# 157824. Bbl. 22 5/8". Stocking swivel not present. Flat trap buttplate. Walnut stock set. Stock has been crudely shortened w/ arsenal reworked finish having added gloss finish. Missing 1 rear swivel screw. Front sight blade broken. Metal has traces of blue, turning gray & patina over arsenal reworked finish. Bbl. has noticeable slant at muzzle. Bolt broken at front locking lug. Lug missing showing brazed repair attempt. Mfg. 1940-1945 w/ 6" bbl. & Black Magic finish. Mfg. w/in S&W Model of 1905 4th change & also referred to as Model K-200. Designed for British 38 S&W w/ 200 gr. bullet. Matching assembly # on yoke & crane. CONDITION: very good bore. Good plus grip w/ minimal handling marks. Generally good overall appearance w/ minimal finish on cyl. that includes turn ring, few spots of peppery oxidation & 2 cleaned spots between flutes. Numerous light marks & patina on grip straps. Cyl. under extractor numbered 6. Extractor not marked. Crane & yoke numbered 18759. Bright blue w/ case colored trigger, hammer & lanyard loop. Frame, bbl. & circle on right grip have "K.S.M." (Kelley S. Morse) inspector proof. Left grip has JTT (John T. Thompson) proof along w/ 1901. Rnd. butt checkered walnut grips w/ diamond center are unnumbered. CONDITION: overall good appearance w/ light marks & hand wear on grips; right best appearing. Cleaned light pitting at bottom of front strap w/ peppery oxidation & thinning on both grip straps. Both pistols have matching numbers on bbls., receivers, extractors marked "CARREGADA", triggers, side plates, & toggle assemblies. Unmarked sears & firing pins. MAGS: 2 total, tin plated, 8 rd. mags. w/ wooden bases. One very good w/ slightly dull appearance & chip on left dimple & base marked crown proof "/696/a/" crown proof. One fair w/ slightly cleaned oxidation having stained appearance & dark commercial unmarked base. CONDITION: very good bores. Good appearing toggle assemblies w/ light peppery oxidation & slight spots of prior light pitting. Cleaned straw components w/ patina finish & stained appearance. Near excellent well fitting grips. Correct...morely polished bright w/ safety up. Dished toggles w/ right side latch & eagle over chamber. Flat mainspring, grip safety & no stock lug. Long frame w/ narrow trigger & wide guard. Matching numbered grip safety, trigger, takedown lever, 4 3/4" bbl., receiver, side plate, both toggles, breech block & grips; no other marked parts. Right grip scratched "WOM" & "WO". MAGS: 2 TOTAL, tin plated 8 rd. mags. w/ numbered wood bases: 1 very good marked "7382 / c / +" on base & 1 fair to good w/ oxidation, stains & cleaned oxidation on front (base marked "11111 / +"). UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: fair, black painted, unmarked loading tool w/ reshaped screwdriver end. Fair dark brown flap holster w/ buckle strap retention & dual belt loops on back. Noticeable scuffs throughout & areas of restitching. Back scratched "FJG". Under flaps stamped "C.ZENDER / BERLIN / 1916". CONDITION: fair overall appearance that is very hand worn & almost completely w/out finish. Very flattened diamonds on grips also w/ much hand wear. Left grip loose w/ chip by safety lever. Lg. portion of finish loss appears from holstering. Only areas of finish remaining are some protected areas of frame, tops of toggles & sides of receiver. Good straw colors on ejector; likely replacement. Poor to fair bore w/ light bulge about 1 3/4" from breech. Noticeable pitting in bulge area. Degree of wear such that pistol exhibits very smooth operation. Appears replacement coupling link w/ noticeable pitting & tight fit upon field stripping. Poor grip screw slots; especially left. Cleaning rod & bayonet adapter are present. Unmarked green leather sling. Matching walnut stock set. Stock has Argentine acceptance mark on right side of butt. Rifle fitted w/ turret scope mts. Bases do not have appearance of soldered attachment. Bases have gray appearance w/ notably less finish than scope & rings. Front base is numbered inside "502". 4 Power scope marked on top at rear w/ "NEDINSCO Gravenhage System CARL ZEISS GENA" & "4X 30,8". Scope has brass elevation knob & stop screw. Scope has pointed post reticle w/ horizontal bars. CONDITION: stock set has moderate wear, dents & scratches throughout. Rifle has traces of thinning blue turning gray w/ wear & scratches. Receiver in the white. Scope & rings have 80% blue finish w/ light wear & scratches. Notable loss of finish on ocular bell. Adj. knob turning patina. Ocular bell has sm. dent at left rear, but does appear to effect lens. Scope optics have slightly cloudy appearance, but appear serviceable. Fair worn bore turning gray w/ wear of light pitting.
