Once items have been mailed and the cost determined, you will be charged for the exact amount of shipping plus a minimal fee to cover materials and time. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE....this includes large mirrors, oversized rugs, etc. Local online purchases in the Knoxville or surrounding counties will not automatically be shipped.
