If your card is DECLINED for any reason (prepay or not) you will be charged $30 Fee. All payments must be received by Powell Auction and Realty no later than the Monday immediately following the date of the auction. You will be contacted by email with all the information to complete the wire transfer for any transaction over $1500.00 upon discretion of the auction company. Buyer agrees under no circumstances will they put a stop payment on any credit card purchase. All purchases will be charged directly to the credit card you have on file with Proxibid, UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRE-ARRANGEMENTS NOT TO. We will ship your items after your card on file has been charged and approved. No need to call after the auction unless any changes need to be made. Items will be shipped or must be picked up within 10 (ten) days after the auction. Any items left after the 10 (ten) days, will be sold for storage, without Notification or Warning. Shipping Instructions: WE DO NOT SHIP FIREARMS TO CALIFORNIA!! Do not bid on guns if you live in the state of CALIFORNIA... WE CANNOT SHIP AMMUNITION TO ALASKA!! Powell Auction will ship all items via USPS unless otherwise requested. Once items have been mailed and the cost determined, you will be charged for the exact amount of shipping plus a minimal fee to cover materials and time. Shipping will also be charged to the credit card you have on file with Proxibid. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE....this includes large mirrors, oversized rugs, etc. Local online purchases in the Knoxville or surrounding counties will not automatically be shipped. Please contact us if you would like it shipped. We ship ONLY to licensed FFL dealers - sorry but no C&R's. We must receive a copy of the FFL license within 3 business days of purchase of where you want the gun shipped. Please be mindful when bidding that some items are extremely heavy...so your shipping will reflect to the weight of the item.
Preview Date & Times: Anyone can preview the auction the Friday prior to the auction from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Online only auctions may be viewed 3 days prior with notice.
Checkout Date & Times: All purchases must be removed by the Tuesday immediately following the auction. We are open 8:30am - 5:00pm.
