If the buyer does not pass a NICS check the firearm will become property of Putney Auction Service and the buyer will be responsible for the purchase price. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account that payment is declined/returned, requiring additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping! 15% internet buyer's premium. Shipping Instructions: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING/SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND COST. WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF PACKING AND SHIPPING.
