Features a parkerized finish, 24" barrel marked "HRA D6535448 3-54", shrouded blade front sight, adjustable rear aperture sight, M1905E1 bayonet with scabbard, stacking swivel, smooth trigger, stamped trigger guard, manual safety, SA marked operating rod & hammer, HRA marked bolt & trigger housing, smooth green canvas sling, smooth walnut handguard and pistol grip shoulder stock with trapdoor metal buttplate. The shoulder stock also bear a "P" inside a circle on the inside of the wrist, defense department acceptance mark and a small brass tack on the grip cap embossed with the number "69". Rifle retains approximately 90% of it's military finish showing only light wear & scattered dried grease. Arsenal rebuilt U.S. Military contact clip-fed semi-automatic service rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield, manufactured circa 1945. Features a parkerized finish, 24" barrel marked "SA 16535448 4 53", shrouded blade front sight, adjustable rear aperture sight, 1943 dated M1905E1 bayonet with scabbard, stacking swivel, smooth trigger, stamped trigger guard, manual safety, SA marked operating rod, HRA marked bolt & hammer, IHC marked trigger housing, smooth brown leather sling, smooth walnut handguard and pistol grip shoulder stock with trapdoor metal buttplate, "P" inside a square & "RRA" stamps. Rifle retains approximately 90% of it's military finish with the majority of the wear on the operating rod with only handle marks & dried grease observed elsewhere. Action is smooth, the bore is excellent, and the wood stocks are near fine with the shoulder stock showing fiberglass bedding. Condition is NRA Very Good+++. ***C&R Firearm***

"Golden Bear in High Country" signed lower right. Image measures 13"x19 3/8" in wide gold frame. Painted in 2000 for Las Vegas 1 man art show hosted by Little John's Auction Service. Excellent condition. Michael Coleman grew up fishing and hunting in the countryside surrounding his home of Provo, Utah. His boyhood experiences in the wild compelled him to become a painter...to create those "magical moments". Coleman received his formal art training at Brigham Young University and at the San Francisco Art Institute. He has exhibited in numerous gallery shows, including a one-person show at the Kennedy Galleries in New York, and was given a retrospective at the Buffalo Bill Historic Center. He is also a regular exhibitor in the Celebrity Exhibition, Biltmore Gallery, Los Angeles, California. He is listed in "Who's Who In American Art" and has been featured in several major magazines: Southwest Art, Sports Afield and Gray's Sporting Journal.
