SN: 124781 Superbly engraved & restored vintage double action revolver chambered in .38 Special, manufactured circa 1910. This revolver been wonderfully restored with a factory refinish and has been graced with a very generous level of "B" coverage engraving & signed by master engraver Jerome Harper. Features an antique nickel plated finish, deluxe scroll engraving in the style of L.D. Nimscke, 4" barrel with two line address, forged round blade front sight, 'u' notched rear sight, non-shrouded ejector, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, fluted six-shot cylinder, and two-piece pre-ban African elephant ivory grips with pewter antique medallions. The butt of the revolver is stamped "St.L.P.D. No. 781" indicating it's service in the St. Louis Police Department. Includes a four page letter from Nutmeg Sports detailing the the work performed. Revolver exhibits nearly all of it's antique nickel plated finish showing no visible wear other than a thin drag line on the cylinder. Action performs well, the engraving is crisp, markings are clear, the bore is very good and the ivory grips are fine showing distinctive antique bark lines. SN: 4089 'SAFN 49' Argentine military contract gas operated semi-automatic rifle converted from it's 7.65x53mm chambering to 7.62mm NATO for the use of the Navy. Imported by Armamentos of West Palm Beach, F.L. with crude import marks on the underside of the barrel. Features a black painted finish, 23" barrel, shrouded blade front sight, tangent rear aperture sight graduated to 1,000 meters, attached bayonet with scabbard, smooth trigger, manual safety on the right side of the trigger guard, 20 round detachable magazine, sling swivels, smooth wood forend and pistol grip shoulder stock with finger grooves in the forend & trapdoor metal buttplate. Serial numbers match on the receiver, bolt carrier, bolt, top cover, and stock. Rifle exhibits approximately 85% of it's finish showing edge wear and scattered handing marks with a high concentration on the barrel. Includes a smooth brown leather belt loop holster. The barrel is unnumbered, exhibits a bright blued refinish, and is stamped "MARK VI" & "MADE IN ENGLAND" with English proofs. The barrel catch and hammer show a brown patina, the triggerguard has a parkerized finish and the frame & cylinder display a blued refinish that is becoming cloudy in appearance. Features a blued finish, 26.5" barrel with aluminum radiator & metal jacket, shrouded blade front sight, flip-up ladder style rear aperture sight graduated to 1,900 meters, 47 round pan magazine, two-position adjustable gas system, convertible left or right side charging handle with sliding dust covers on both sides of the receiver, clock spring recoil system, wood carry handle, folding adjustable bipod, smooth trigger, tan canvas sling, smooth wood pistol grip and shoulder stock with oiler & metal buttplate. Antique single action six-shot revolver chambered for the .45 Colt black powder cartridge, manufactured circa 1881. Features a blued finish, 4 3/4" barrel with two line address, blade front sight, v-notched rear sight, ejector rod, fluted cylinder, three line patent markings on the frame, ".45 CAL" marking on trigger guard, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, and one piece smooth walnut grip. Serial numbers match on the frame, trigger guard, and backstrap. Includes a Colt factory letter stating the revolver was shipped to Simmons Hardware Company in St. Louis, Missouri on February 22. 1881 in a 50 gun shipment. The barrel & stock configurations are not listed but in the remark portion of the letter it states that a 7 1/2" barrel and walnut stocks where standard for the time. Revolver exhibits an aged brown patina with a small amount of bluing retained on the protected areas of the ejector rod housing. Notches have been observed in between the flutes on the cylinder and in the metal on the butt. Action is smooth with four clicks and mostly good lock-up, the bore is very good with some minor pitting, the markings are mostly visible and the wood grip is good with wear. Production numbers of the .22 caliber model is estimated to be 19,552 which accounts for a mere 2.78% of the total production. Features a 24 3/8" round barrel marked ""WINCHESTER'S-REPEATING-ARMS. NEW HAVEN. CT./KING'S-IMPROVEMENT-PATENTED-MARCH 29. 1866. OCTOBER 16. 1860", dovetailed front sight with German silver blade, semi-buckhorn adjustable rear sporting sight, full-length tube magazine, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, sliding dust cover with serrations along the rear edges, smooth walnut forend with metal cap, and straight grip shoulder stock with crescent metal buttplate. Imported by IA Co of Sacramento, California with import marks on the the barrel flat. Features a blued finish, pinned 5 1/2" barrel, round blade front sight, 'u' notched rear sight, non-shrouded ejector rod, fluted six-shot cylinder, serrated .275" trigger, .265" hammer with knurled spur, five screw square butt N frame with lanyard ring and two-piece smooth walnut grips. Serial numbers match on the butt, cylinder face, barrel flat, extractor and right grip panel. The revolver has been stamped with various inspector marks including a [eagle head/S34 on the barrel flat, [eagle head]/S2 on the yoke cut in the frame and [eagle head]/S24 on the cylinder face. Revolver exhibits approximately 80% of it's original blued finish showing holster wear, a drag line on the cylinder, thinning on the grip straps and some scattered losses & pin prick pitting.
