Dated 19.8 (August 1944) Features a blued finish, 4.6" barrel, dovetailed inverted 'v' front sight, fixed square notch rear sight, rounded trigger, large trigger guard, Magazine retention spring on fore strap, knurled grooved cocking piece, manual safety on the left side of the frame, magazine disconnect safety, push button magazine release, 8 round magazine with aluminum base plug, steel frame with lanyard loop on the rear and grooved wood grips Matching serial number on trigger. No import marks observed. Bore is good condition. Retains 95% finish showing edge losses, bright drag line on the frame from the safety lever. Grooved grips are very good condition with scratches. Model markings , "Type Nambu", on the right over the serial number Two "Kanji" stamps on the left side. "Army Type" 4.75" barrel with front triangle font sight, and tangent rear sights, serrated cocking piece. Left mounted guide rod. Grip safety on the fore strap. Fore strap is slotted to drop down the trigger group for disassembly. Lanyard swivel mounted on the rear of the fame. Matching serial numbers on frame, bolt, and backside of cocking knob. Mismatched nickel magazine with aluminum, checkered base, # 268", mag has some light pitting. Checkered, contoured grips. Bore has rifling with light pitting in the grooves. Action is crisp/tight. Smooth trigger has just traces of the straw finish, some spots of rust. Wood grips are sound with minor scratches/dings and a very narrow 2" chip out of the front left panel. There are 3 Japanese symbols painted on the left panel. Blued finish is about 70% with some minor edge wear. There are scattered areas of spots of pin-prick pitting. Ultra rare pistol. Manufactured by the Sterling Arms Corporation for only two short years between 1971 and 1972, the Model PPL .380 ACP pocket pistol is an interesting and unique handgun scarcely seen today. Resembling a cut-off High Standard .22 pistol this blow-back operated .380 ACP pistol features a factory blue finish, a 1 & 5/8" barrel, a 5-shot magazine (No magazine) with a European-style heel release, an exposed hammer, and a crossbolt-type safety mounted in front of the trigger. The overall length of the PPL is 5.5" inches and it weighs 1 pound 6 ounces. This particular Sterling PPL is 100% original and in excellent condition overall. The original blue finish rates 97% with just a touch of high-edge wear and some minor handling marks. The bore is very good bright. The original checkered plastic grips are very good with some minor scratches. Blue is about 94% with minor scratches/edge wear. NRA Condition-Good-No Magazine. C&R Firearm.

Retains 98% finish (likely reblued) with few blemishes, some visible blemishes to metal's surface finish under the bluing, all markings are crisp and even. Revolver is a US issue with a 7.5" barrel, Showing inspection mark on frame and "H.N." on trigger guard, back strap, and hammer, and cylinder. The barrel is numbered 92.7 with a R.A.C. marking and P by the pin aling with a small "K" inspection by the boss for ejector rod housing screw. Correct early housing, rod & spring. The later inspectors indicate arsenal modification to the ejector rod boss. Three fancy initials and 1878 lightly visible on the left grip and partial outline on the right grip. Good to very good with brown patin and traces off finish mixed in. Good markings and PT dates some minor rust, erosion, and normal aging. Front sight almost full dimensions, action good, bore fair to good. A very decent and above average 1878 US issue with desirable Nettleton and W Inspection, arsenal; returned during use. Manufactured in Italy by Aldo Uberti circa 1978 for the U.S. Historical Society with one thousand sets made. This is set #817 with the pistols numbered 817A and 817B. Both are in the following configuration: period style scroll engraving, browned 2" barrel with two inlaid gold bands, dovetailed blade front sight, fixed rear sight, case hardened hammer, lock & trigger, silver plated hardware and hand checkered figured wood stock with trap in the butt containing a spare nipple. Pistols exhibit nearly all of their browned finnish showing little to no visible wear. Action are in good working order, the bores are pristine and the wood stocks are fine. DWM 1902 Luger Carbine 9mm SN: 22000

Very desirable 1902 Luger carbine. These carbines were DWM's attempt to a produce a lightweight rifle substitute to compete against the Mauser Broomhandle carbines. There were a total of 2,500 Luger carbines produced in two serial number blocks with this specific pistol being in the second block of which only 1,100 total were made. The unique features of these pistols are: a 11 3/4 inch barrel, short forend which housed a small spring accelerator mechanism, early long frame, grip safety, dished toggles, and recessed/flat breech bolt. These were also fitted with the early style three position rear sight (adjustable from 100-300 meters) mounted on top of the barrel in front of the receiver and a bead front sight mounted on a ramp on top of the barrel. The top of the chamber is blank, and the front toggle has the DWM logo for "Deutsche Waffen und Munitions Fabriken". The full serial number (2200) is correctly marked on the frame extension and the underside of the barrel, with the last two (or three) digits of the serial number are marked on the takedown lever. The pistol stock is completely original and is fitted with a black horn buttplate, lower sling swivel, and an original matching numbered (00) attaching iron. The magazine has a nickel plated body with the correct unnumbered, wood plug. This fine pistol is complete with a cleaning rod, two take-down tools, housed in a custom maroon felt lined luggage style case. The case has eight compartments that hold the carbine, the detachable buttstock, magazine, wood block that holds 16 rounds. Bore is bright with strong rifling, some scattered areas of very light pitting, wood is sound, with the checkering worn smooth on the pistol, stock has good checkering with numerous minor scratches/dings, horn butt plate has a small chip on the top left. Action is smooth/tight. Blue finish is about 50% with handling/edge wear, minor scratches. NRA Condition-Good. C&R Firearm.

WWII era Japanese military striker fired semi-automatic service pistol chambered in 8mm Nambu. Dated 5.2 (February 1930) Features a blued finish, 4.6" barrel, dovetailed inverted 'v' front sight, fixed square notch rear sight, rounded trigger, small trigger guard, knurled grooved cocking piece, manual safety on the left side of the frame, magazine disconnect safety, push button magazine release, 8 round magazine with aluminum base plug, steel frame with lanyard loop on the rear and grooved wood grips Matching serial number on trigger. There is some very feint letters on the left frame, unreadable, which may be import marks. Bore is very good condition. Retains 80% finish showing edge losses, bright drag line on the frame from the safety lever, scattered areas of light pin-prick pitting. Grooved grips are very good condition with scratches. Markings are clear and readable. Magazine is pitted, numbered "433". Comes in a very good condition Type I (A) brown leather Type 14 holster with pocket for spare striker to the right of the ammo pouch. 3 Japanese characters are stamped on the inside of the flap. DWM J. Martz Custom 1908 Luger 9mm SN:3228

Operating out of his home workshop in California, John Martz is best known for his alterations and upgrades of Luger and P-38 pistols, all of which were performed by him and often took several months of work. Manufactured using a combination of new-made components and vintage Luger parts, this pistol follows the overall pattern of a Second Model Navy Luger and integrates the Martz Safe Toggle Release upgraded 6" unmarked barrel. Blade front and 2-position notch rear sight with "100" and "200" graduations. With a small "crown N" proof on the left side of the breechblock, "DWM" on the front toggle link, and "MSTR" on the left side of the frame. Fitted with a pair of checkered walnut grips and a nickel finished magazine with a concentric circle decorated "JVM" marked walnut base. Nitre blue grip screws, & spring. Bore is excellent/bright, straw is about 98%, with very minor muzzle wear, grips are excellent. Matching serial Numbers on frame, side plate, and take-down lever. Comes in a custom form fitted, green felt, Macanudo cigar case with spare magazine, bakelite plug. Marked under side plate on frame JBM inside oval Martz's signature marking. NRA Condition-Excellent. Manufactured in West Germany circa 1970's with no observed import marks. The model 66 utilizes a unique telescoping short action with a sliding breech block. Configuration: Blued , tapered 24" interchangeable barrel. Carl Zeiss Diavari-D 1,5-6x scope with fine crosshair reticle installed with European style quick detach mounts, smooth trigger, push-button safety on the rear of the bolt shroud, chrome bolt with plum colored swept back handle, internal box magazine installed swivel studs with 3 cartridge storage compartment in the underside of the shoulder stock. Highly figured Walnut pistol grip shoulder stock featuring contrasting grip cap, & forearm tip, high comb, shadow line right handed cheekpiece, vent black rubber recoil pad. Includes a leather wrapped locking trunk case with partitioned interior lined in green felt. Case contains the additional barrels which have the same quick release scope mounts as the one installed on the rifle, a K. Kahles Helia-super 39 S1 rifle scope, factory documents, test target for each barrel, dated 1970. & 4 10- boxes of 5,6x57 rounds, 30 30-06 rounds, and numerous loose rounds .243 Win. Rifle exhibits approximately 99% of its original high polish blue finish with minor muzzle wear. Small B.D. stamp behind number appears factory or period. NRA good to very good condition showing a smooth patina on the barrel and mag tube drifting to brown with traces of blue mixed with in. Good address and fairly crisp metal. Proper rear sight, bands and small parts. A few replacement screws and one tang screw missing. Fram is lightly cleaned but still good edges with most of the blue remaining on loading gat. Stocks are good with numerious dings, mars, and dents consistant with military use and storage. Manufactured on contract for the Netherlands, many of these pistols would be used to arm the Dutch Navy and colonial forces between the World Wars. Fixed sights with small "1916" stamped on the barrel,(Correct) a Dutch proof on the left side of the chamber, and the DWM monogram on the front toggle link. the Safety marked "RUST". All visible numbers are matching including the trigger. Fitted with straw finished small parts, checkered grips,grip safety, and an unmarked wood magazine base with a metal reinforcing clip in the rear. Bore is good with strong rifling, very light pitting, grips are very good, straw is about 50%, blue finish is about 80% with handling/edge wear, scattered areas of pin-prick pitting. This revolver shows a Colt "long flute" cylinder though slightly early for the period of manufacture and not mentioned in the letter. Also an oversized pair of bone grips with no screw are mounted to this Colt in later period of use. 50-60% old reblued finish, remains with good markings, good action, fair bore. Front sight trimmed a hair and almost full original height. NRA Good Modern Firearm
