The consigner states this rifle was customized by Remington for him for service with th U.S. Forrest Service. 16" jacketed barrel , front white bead sight, Williams adjustable rear sight mounted on the rear of receiver, checkered forearm & wrist, rubber recoil pad, Bore is good with strong rifling, action is smooth, blue & wood are very good with minor scratches/dings. SN: 7121-CT Pistol. Semi-Automatic. 7+1 capacity. In 1968 Colt wanted to commemorate WW1 by producing a Model 1911 in remembrance of the 4 most noted battles of WW1. This pistol is for the battle of Chateau Thierry" Production for each model was 7400. All were Pre-series model 70's with flat mainspring housings, long triggers, checkered slide stop and safety. Checkered wide hammer spur, and type 2 beveled proper rear sight. High polish blue finish with checkered diamond walnut grips. The left slide has a roll engraved battle scene, and the right has the WW! banner with "1917-1967, the 50th anniversary of entering the war. All gold toned. Left grip has Eagle medallion with "1917 1918, World War" with "Chateau Thierry" under it. Right grip was Doughboy medallion listed the Countries that fought in WW1. Lanyard ring in place. Bore is excellent/bright. Slide action is smooth/tight. Blued finish is close to perfect. Grips are very good. Comes with the original display shadow box, with battle scene, and quote. History of the battle is on the reverse. Comes with original Colt marked magazine. Note* there are the three other battle guns in this auction with the same serial number, different initials for the Battle. Would make a great set. NRA Condition-Excellent C&R Firearm.

SN: 19996. Built on a square butt M frame. Double/single action. Manufactured between 1911 and 1921. This revolver features 3 1/2" pinned barrel, a fixed blade front and frame notch rear sights. The cylinder release is a unique knurled ball under the barrel that is pulled to retract the cylinder retaining pin. With standard address, patent and caliber markings on the barrel. The standard "S&W" trademark logo is on left side of the frame. Serial number matched on the heel, cylinder, and barrel , even the underside of the right grip panel has been numbered to match in pencil. Fitted with smooth walnut grips with inset gold S&W medallions at the tops Blue finish is about 50% with handling wear, there is a couple of areas with tool marks, possibly a vice, on both sides of the frame, nothing serious/ grips are very good, action is crisp/tight, bore has rifling with scattered pitting. "GTE" stamp in circle on the chamber. Model markings , "Type Nambu", on the right over the serial number. Imperial Japanese type A "Anchor" stamp to the rear of these stamps. Two "Kanji" stamps on the left side. "Army Type" 4.75" barrel with front post/triangle font sight, and tangent rear sights, serrated cocking piece. Left mounted guide rod. Grip safety on the fore strap. Fore strap is slotted to drop down the trigger group for disassembly. Lanyard swivel mounted on the rear of the fame. Matched serial numbers on frame & backside on the cocking knob. Number on bolt is '2327' Mismatched nickel magazine with aluminum, checkered base, # 1172". Checkered, contoured grips. The "Storekeepers" model manufactured in 1886. The revolver has a 2 1/2 inch" without the ejector rod, standard half moon front and frame notched rear sights and stag bird head grips. Long knurled cylinder pin. The top of the barrel is marked "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. Co / HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A." in two lines, the left side of the barrel has etched panel "COLT. D.A. 38" and the left side of the frame is stamped with the three line, three patent dates. The matching serial number is located on the frame, trigger guard, and backstrap. The partial serial number, "169" is stamped on the rear face of the cylinder. Bore has rifling with scattered areas of pitting, action is crisp/tight. frame has traces of the case colors, blue is about 30 % with handling loss . markings are crisp/clear. Comes with the original black checkered hard rubber grips with the 'Rampant Colt" ovals, very good condition. NRA Condition

Left grip panel has a crack that has been repaired with glue, & a 1" chip on the bottom, right panel is very good.. Action operates smoothly, with good lock-up. Extractor star does not snap back into place when fully opened. Markings are generally sharp & readable, dated 1916 with broad arrow & British proof marks. This 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun was manufactured during the first half of the 20th century (Sjogren patent 1900-1905) and was the first successful semi-automatic shotgun manufactured. 28.25" round barrel. The matching serial number is marked on the left side of the barrel, receiver ring and receiver. The upper left side of the barrel band is marked "484". The left side of the receiver is marked "AUTOMAT/SYSTEM SJOGREN/PATENT" and the right side is marked with a crown over "HAANDVAABENVAERKSTEDERNE KJOBENHAVN". Nitro proofed barrel with a number of proof marks. Single bead sight and mounted with a checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a hard rubber factory buttplate. LOP is 13 1/4", CYL choke Fed from a 5-rd tube magazine. The bluing is 70% original with handling loss on the bolt carrier, & triggerguard., a checkered walnut forearm (Tube magazine in Forearm)and walnut stock with finish loss. scratches/ding, no splits, cracks or breaks. It does have a few minor bruises on stock. It has a bright shiny bore. Things appear to work as they should. Very rare shotgun. NRA Condition-Good+. C&R Firearm.
