Phil's wildlife, nature, landscape, and western photographs have been published for over 25 years on the cover and/or inner pages of publications, calendars, books, videos, etc., including National Geographic, Time, National Wildlife, Bugle, Ducks Unlimited, Sports Afield, New Mexico Magazine, New Mexico Wildlife, Albuquerque Journal, Santa Fean Magazine, etc. Photographs have been recipient of numerous professional photography awards including Eastman Kodak's Gallery Awards for Photographic Excellence. In addition to selling, Phil is also on the boards of several major juried fine art shows. Phil conducts photography lectures and seminars to private and public organizations as well as in schools to better educate adults and children on the importance of preserving our wildlife and the lands. Phil has been a jurist in major photography competitions. Phil leads photographic workshops, and/or tours in places such as Alaska, Africa, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Bosque del Apache, etc. Phil was the first Albuquerque New Mexico Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
