If you delay after your NICS background check, you will simply pick up your firearm(s) at a later date. If you deny after your NICS background check, you will NOT take possession of your firearm(s), and they will be sold at our next available auction and the proceeds will be mailed to you. Purchases from Alaska or Hawaii shipping cost will be determined. Out-of-country purchases, RES will ship to an exporting FFL dealer of your choice within the continental US for a fee of $60 per gun, All exporting expenses will be paid to the exporting FFL.
