Winning Bidders will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction. We will automatically charge your card on file that was used during auction registration. PLEASE BE SURE THE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE BIDDING. Any locals that purchase on the internet must give us a call between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST the business day following the end of the auction. Upon receiving your invoice, you have 5 working days to furnish us with an FFL Dealer. Background checks will be run on all firearm(s) buyers per legal requirements. Buyer is solely responsible for any fees related to the background checks. If buyer does not pass the background check, ABSOLUTELY NO Refunds will be made for the fees for the purchased item(s). It is the bidders responsibility to know if they are able to pass a background check prior to bidding on any firearm(s). If there is any questions to your ability to pass a background check, or if you have any felony conviction on your record, PLEASE DO NOT bid on any firearm(s).
