TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: Once the auction has ended, and the items are paid for, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). You assume all risks of loss and damage to property from that time forward, with the exception of insured-shipped property, at that time, loss or damage becomes the responsibility of the shipper and insurance company. PAYMENT DATES AND TIMES ARE ABSOLUTE IF YOU CAN NOT PAY FOR THE ITEMS AT THE END OF THE AUCTION, PLEASE DO NOT BID! ABANDONMENT & FEES: Failure to pay for the purchased items during allotted time, will result in items being considered abandoned. Ownership of the item will then revert to the party with primary vested interest in the item to sell or dispose of the item as they see fit. Any funds paid shall be forfeited to satisfy terms of sale. You agree to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection and other fees including transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned/forfeited items. You agree to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by reason of any breach of the terms and conditions of this sale, including, without limitations, reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees on appeal. LIMITED LIABILITY: You acknowledge and understand that the internet system may or may not function correctly the day of the auction or during the auction. Under no circumstances shall you have any claim against RRA if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. RRA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxibid maximum bid feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours prior to the end of the auction. The liability of RRA and the seller is limited to the refund of the purchase price. CIRCUMVENTION: You acknowledge and agree that you shall not circumvent or attempt to circumvent this auction process, engage in collusion, or otherwise interfere with, interrupt or attempt to interrupt the auction or the operations of the site (collectively, a “Circumvention Act”). Collusion is any agreement between bidders related to the bidding process. If RRA determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged, or attempted to engage, in any Circumvention Act, use prohibited automated technology or otherwise unfairly alter your chances of winning an auction, or to otherwise commit fraud with regard to the site. RRA reserves the right to institute civil or criminal proceedings against you and to the relevant authorities. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Agreement is entered into in the state of Nevada and is governed by the laws of the state of Nevada and by the federal law, (U.S. Code) of the United States, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
