Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in Bureau County, IL. 8. POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Rediger Auction Service has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided.
