YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE HOLES AND OTHER HAZARDS INHERENT IN A COMMERCIAL NURSERY AND RELEASE THE NURSERY, ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS OF ANY RESPONSIBILTY REGARDING ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR RETRIEVAL OF THE AUCTION ITEMS.
