Property is open to public inspection. You can drive through the site anytime to preview the items. We strongly suggest you attend our auction preview Thursday June 19th and Friday June 20th 9am to 6pm and before the auction to personally inspect the items you are interested in. We will be onsite those days to help start any items. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition of the item before buying it. Bidders who bid offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledges that they are not able to inspect items as well as they would in person.
