Manufactured in the 1940s. Hooded ramp front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight, Winchester factory proof on the barrel and receiver and smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 85% original blue finish with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The refinished wood is fine with a minor repaired chip near the upper tang, a few minor handling marks and a hole near the stock toe from a now removed sling swivel stud. Mechanically excellent.

Winchester Model 71 Deluxe Lever Action Rifle

This example was manufactured in 1953. The front sight is a hooded beaded blade on a stippled ramp, there is a blank installed in the rear sight dovetail and there is a Lyman 56 rear peep sight installed on the left side of the receiver. Mounted on a diamond pattern checkered walnut semi-beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with plastic grip cap and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine, 90% of the slightly faded original blue finish remains with scattered scratches, wear and some minor oxidation. The peep sight was added later. The refinished wood is also very good with some scattered dings and scratches. Stiff but mechanically fine.

Winchester Model 71 Lever Action Rifle

Manufactured in 1954 this is an excellent example of a Winchester Model 71 lever action rifle. Winchester manufactured approximately 47,000 from 1935 to 1957. The left rear of the barrel is marked with the standard address, trademark, model and caliber information. The top of the barrel and receiver at the breech are marked with the Winchester oval proof. Hooded ramped blade front and adjustable sporting rear sights, all blue finish, half magazine tube and mounted with a smooth walnut semi-beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with a checkered steel shotgun buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% original blue finish with some normal usage wear on the hammer and trigger, and a few light scratches and minor handling marks. The loading gate is a mix of thin original blue finish and smooth gray patina. The wood is also excellent with nearly all of the original varnish remaining, and showing a few minor dents and handling marks. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is excellent.

Manufactured in 1927. Standard markings including the Winchester oval proof on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Lyman blade front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight and tang peep sight. Takedown frame with half-length magazine and checkered forearm and pistol grip stock featuring a hard rubber Winchester grip cap and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as professionally restored. The rifle retains 99% plus of the blue finish with a few minor handling marks. The wood has an extremely minor hairline crack on the underside of the forearm and near the upper tang with very limited minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in 1949. Hooded ramped blade front and adjustable buck horn rear sights. The left rear of the barrel has the standard markings and the top of the receiver and barrel at the breech are marked with the Winchester oval proof. All blue finish, full length magazine and mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with checkered steel shotgun buttplate. Forward band is of the flat style.

Excellent. The carbine retains 98% original blue finish with some high edge wear and a couple of small spots of minor oxidation. The wood is also excellent with 99% original varnish remaining, and showing some minor dents and handling marks. The markings remain sharp. The action is excellent.

Manufactured in 1924, the first year of production. Only about 15,100 were manufactured according to Winchester's online records. The 32-20 WCF caliber is slightly scarce. Has a Lyman beaded blade front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight. The receiver ring and breech end of the barrel are stamped with the "W/P" proofmark. Mounted on a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a serrated buttstock.

Fine as partially refinished, 60% of the original blue finish remains with a brown patina on the forearm cap and receiver. The refinished wood is also very good with scattered dings and scratches. Mechanically fine.

Master Engraver John Murphy Signed Winchester Model 63 Semi-Automatic Rifle with Scope

Manufactured in 1955 and engraved by renowned Master Engraver John Murphy. The receiver features a scroll engraving with a panel game scene on the left side (a squirrel in a tree). The top of the receiver has a line pattern engraving at the front and scrollwork at the rear. The receiver tang and trigger guard are also scroll engraved. The underside of the receiver is signed by the engraver and dated 1955. The 19 inch barrel has no provisions for a front sight. Weaver K6-1 scope on Weaver mounts, jewelled bolt and smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with lightly engraved forend cap and checkered buttplate. The consignor has provided copies of period magazine articles pertaining to Murphy's work.

Very fine as professionally embellished and barrel shortened. The rifle retains 99% plus of the blue finish with a few very scattered minor scratches. The wood is excellent with a few light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The scope has clear optics.

Very fine. The rifle retains 97% original blue finish showing some patches of smooth gray patina and spotting on the receiver right side and with some very deep pitting and high edge wear present on the buttplate. A deep ding is present on the barrel near the breech. The wood is fine with a series of shallow gouges on the forearm and some minor scratches. Overall the checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent.

Vibration free trigger mechanism, "W" marked magazine and smooth pistol grip stock with palm rest, checkered steel buttplate and sling swivels.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% original blue finish with loss limited to some thinning on the bolt handle. The stock is also excellent with a few minor dings and handling marks. The foam covering on the palm stop is deteriorating. The markings remain crisp and clear. The action is excellent.

Standard markings with a flattened and checkered bolt knob, Lyman Super Targetspot 20x scope attached to the barrel by the two rear scope blocks, set of Redfield type scope bases attached to the top of the receiver and Hoehn 4000 Plus barrel tuner mounted to the muzzle end of the barrel. Smooth pistol grip stock with accessory rail, palm rest socket, sling swivels and checkered steel buttplate. With an original Lyman scope box and screw on lens covers.

Refinished, 98% of the high quality blue finish remains with some scattered minor handling marks. Some of the markings are faint and the bolt knob has been modified. The stock is good as refinished and repaired with the palm rest socket and accessory rail added later. Mechanically excellent. The scope is excellent with some minor wear on the maintube and clear optics. The scope case is good.

Condition: Partially refinished (floor plate and trigger guard), the barreled action retains 95% original blue finish with some high edge wear and some scattered scratches. The left side of the receiver and just in front of the barrel boss have been tapped for sight/scope mounting. The floor plate and trigger guard retain 98% blue finish with some minor pitting under the finish and some scratches. The stock is very good as refinished with some scattered minor scratches and dings. Mechanically fine.

B) Manufactured in 1936. Beaded blade front sight on a stippled ramp and elevation adjustable rear sight. Smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate. Barrel has been bored out to 45-70 caliber.

A Unertl BV-20 scope is installed with standard Unertl mounts with rear adjustment, with the barrel drilled and tapped for a front sight, standard markings, and the proper adjustable trigger. Smooth pistol grip stock with a forearm stop/sling mounting block on the underside of the beavertail forearm, sling swivels and a sharply checkered buttplate.

Excellent, with 98% of the original blue finish, showing some light handling marks overall. Stock is very good, with some scuffing of the varnish and minor dings. Optics are good, with the eye relief way too short for this application. Mechanically excellent.

A) The included Cody Museum records office verification confirms the caliber and states that the serial number was applied on April 20, 1900 and was shipped on May 28, 1900. Standard markings, beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights, casehardened action, 12 groove rounded forearm and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Collector's Lot of Two Very Rare Winchester Model 75 Eight Power Scopes

Both scopes measure 18 1/2 inches long with a 3/4 inch diameter tube, marked "X-8" near the objective and fitted with a set of adjustable scope rings. No makers marks are present. The model 75 scope is pictured on page 386 of "Old Rifle Scopes" by N. Stroebel.

Both are good, with areas of brown patina on the tube and mild handling marks overall. Scope 1 has slightly cloudy optics, with some fraying of the horizontal crosshair and a slight bend in the vertical crosshair. Scope 2 is also slightly cloudy, with both crosshairs solid and straight.

Winchester Model 42 Slide Action Skeet Shotgun

This shotgun was manufactured circa 1963. There is an orange fiber optic front sight and a white bead sight on the Simmons vent rib. The barrel is marked with the "SKEET" choke marking and has a 3 inch chamber. Mounted on a diamond pattern checkered extended walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a floral scroll engraved German silver grip cap and a checkered plastic buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Professionally refinished, the barrel assembly retains 95% blue finish with some scratches along with high edge and cycling wear. The side plate retains 98% of the plum blue finish with some scratches. The receiver retains 98% blue finish with some scratches and high edge wear along with the rib extension added.
