Winchester Deluxe Model 1894 Extra Light Short Rifle

Winchester Deluxe Model 1894 Extra Light Short Rifle with Factory Letter

Manufactured 1905. British proofed, brass tacks on underside of buttstock, left side of lower tang marked "20797 XOR," stock inlet marked "20797 94." The factory letter states the serial number was applied on March 25, 1905 and the rifle was received in the warehouse on February 6, 1906 and shipped the next day with a 24 inch round barrel in .30 caliber, "extra light", plain trigger, checkered pistol grip stock, half magazine, hard rubber shotgun buttplate, and oil finish. The letter also lists several repair and return dates: September 24, 1906, December 12, 1906, and September 2, 1913. The 18 inch barrel was likely fitted during one of the repair and return dates.

Very good with traces of refinished blue remaining, otherwise dark patina, couple chips at upper tang, some handling marks and some softened checkering on wood. Mechanically excellent.

U.S. Colt Third Model Dragoon Revolver with Shoulder Stock

U.S. Colt Third Model Dragoon Percussion Revolver with Martially Inspected Shoulder Stock

Manufactured in 1858. Added rear sight. All matching visible serial numbers. Initials "JJK" carved on the butt. Includes an original walnut shoulder stock stamped with oval script cartouches "WAT" and "JT" on either side and numbered "17305" above "17306" on the lower tang and repeated on top of the buttplate.

Class: Antique

Good with applied artificially aged brown patina, recut cylinder scene, some replacement screws, scattered patches of pitting and some dings. Grip is also good as re-oiled, with surface flaking, some reattached glued cracked sections visible on either side, dents, scratches and edge wear. Occasionally does not rotate the cylinder upon cocking the hammer, otherwise mechanically very good. Shoulder stock is very good with scattered pitting and gray and brown patina on the iron, numerous characteristic scattered dents and scratches in the wood with defined cartouches.

Very Fine Civil War U.S. Remington "Model 1863 Zouave" Percussion Rifle with Bayonet

Union records listed these rifles as "Harpers Ferry Pattern" rifles, and they have similarities to both the Model 1841 and Model 1855 rifles that were manufactured at Harpers Ferry prior to the Civil War but are of their own unique pattern. Whether or not any of these rifles saw use in the war remains debated. "1863" dated lock and barrel. Includes a sword bayonet with scabbard.

Manufactured c. 1861-1862, with lug for saber bayonet. Two bordered script inspection cartouches stamped on the left stock wrist, script "DFC" in a ribbon arsenal refurbishment cartouche on the left of the buttstock, with small inspection initials on bottom of the forearm and top of the buttstock.

Very good as arsenal refinished, with some freckling, a few small patches of minor pitting and smooth gray and brown patina on the balance. Arsenal replacement wood is very fine with a few minor handling marks, and defined edges and stamps. Mechanically excellent.
