Payment in full is required at the conclusion of the auction in the form of cash, cashier's check, good personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee, Visa, Mastercard, or wire transfer. Credit card on file will be automatically charged at the completion of the auction unless notified. Sales tax will be charged on all applicable purchases. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form. When an item is declared Sold, responsibility for securing the items passes to the purchaser. The auctioneer accepts no responsibility for any item lost, stolen, or left on the premises. Please make arrangements to secure all purchases. All bidders must have a paid invoice during their load out. Representatives of Rowell Auctions will be on site Tuesday, January 26 (auction day), and Wednesday & Thursday, January 27 & 28 from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. to assist with removing personal property. Please call Mark Manley, the auction coordinator, to arrange for pick up after that date. Vehicle titles on all vehicles requiring titles will be mailed to purchaser within 14 days after the auction.
