TERMS: Payment in full is required by first business following the posted sale date by cash, certified funds, or check with a bank letter of guarantee. Sample letter of guarantee: “We hereby guarantee the payment of our customer ___________ written on his account up to __________ dollars for purchases at your auction sale on ___________.” Business checks are accepted on sale day however, assets will be held on auction yard for 5 business days or until the check clears. All checks should be made payable to Royal Auction Group Inc. Wire transfers are acceptable if approved at time of registration and have a $10.00 wire transfer fee added to purchase. All major credit cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge added into the amount collected. Winning Internet Bidders are required to contact Royal Auction via email at sales@royalauctiongroup.com to arrange payment instructions on sale day. REMOVAL: After complete payment, all sale items may be removed on sale day as long as the removal activity is not disruptive to the sale and only until 5:00 PM. Items may also be removed Monday through Friday, by 10 business days after the posted sale date 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, A $100/day Storage and transportation fee will incur if items are not removed by posted deadlines. AIRPORT: The area is serviced commercially and privately through Charlotte County Airport and Regional Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) Due to Safety and Insurance reasons, No One under the age of 16 is Permitted on the Auction Site while the sale is in progress. Royal Auction Group is equipped with forklifts and lifting equipment to assist only in the loading of sold lots. In no way will Royal Auction Group or any of its employees be held responsible for any damages to such items during the loading process. It is solely the buyers responsibility to arrange for transportation and loading
A LICENSED VEHICLE DEALER (Florida Truck & Equipment Sales Inc. - Auction Division) will be on-site to handle all title transfers. Please bring proof of insurance and a separate check for your titled vehicle transfer and recording fees.
Dealer Fees apply to all titled vehicles, ATVs, and Trailers over 2,000lbs.
The State of Florida has increased all title & license fees so the below scale has been adjusted according.

DEALER'S EXEMPT - MUST PRESENT A COPY OF 2018 (MOST CURRENT) DEALER'S LICENSE AT REGISTRATION TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
**ALL DEALERS WILL BE ASSESSED A $25 TITLE FEE PER VEHICLE**
A TITLE MUST ACCOMPANY A VEHICLE INCLUDING ALL TRAILERS FOR IT TO BE PLACED ON THE YARD TO SELL. THE PUBLIC VIN NUMBER MUST BE LEGIBLE AND MUST MATCH THE TITLE.
ATVS AND DIRT BIKES ARE NOW REQUIRED TO BE TITLED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. YOU MUST BRING YOUR BOAT REGISTRATION ALONG WITH YOUR BOAT TRAILER REGISTRATION FOR TRAILERS UNDER 2,000 LBS. FOR ALL TRAILERS OF ANY KIND OVER 2,000 LBS YOU MUST BRING YOUR TRAILER TITLE WHEN YOU BRING YOUR TRAILER OR IT WILL NOT BE PUT IN THE SALE.
Take your non-titled trailer to the scales at a Truck Stop or salvage yard, get it weighed, go to DOT and get a title. Do not bring non-registered/non-titled trailers to the sale. Trailers with a GVWR of 2,000 lbs or more require titles in the State of Florida.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR REGISTRATIONS AND/OR TITLES FOR ANY VEHICLE YOU BRING TO THE SALE, THEY WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE.
