All counts are approximate. Items/vehicles may be wrecked, have dents, scratches, flat tires, tears, defects, missing catalytic converters, etc. Although the lot description may not mention defects or missing parts, does not mean there are not any, buyer must rely on their own inspection before bidding. Removal/Shipping is sole responsibility of the purchaser and purchaser must supply their own handling equipment for removal/loading. No loading dock or ramps are available at auction site. Any items not removed within the stated removal dates/times are considered abandoned and may be resold/disposed of without notice to buyer and all monies from any resale of unpaid items and/or abandoned items shall be retained by Auction Company/Seller. The Auction Company/Seller shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery of any purchased item(s), other than the return of the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot if applicable and does not apply to any lots abandoned by purchaser. The Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond their control. Internet bidders should be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the software failing to recognize your bid. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company, seller, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. The Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. For timed auctions, internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins to close. You can verify your bids under your account dashboard to confirm it has been placed. For live auctions with online bidding, ServCorp is not responsible for clerking errors. Although you may place a high bid in the system, the auctioneer may elect to take a floor bid the over internet bid and vice versa. The high bid and high bidder is only determined by the Auctioneer who is calling the auction and not by the clerk of the online bidding platform.
