Special Terms

MC/VISA. Sales tax charged for all Ohio bidders and for non-Ohio bidders who desire to pick items up from auction site. 15% buyer premium on all items sold to online bidders. All items sell in “as is/where is” condition and all sales are final with no exceptions. Auction Company assumes no responsibility for the verification of authentication/certification paperwork. Such information is subject to each bidder’s personal review, analysis, and due diligence. The following Lot Numbers (cartridge-fire guns) will sell to out-of-state onsite bidders and all online bidders according to Federal Firearms Law, which will require that buyer either (1) provide Federal Firearms Licensing paperwork/proof prior to taking possession of gun (if an FFL holder) or (2) submit to FFL background check prior to shipping (FFL information will be provided to each such buyer).
