We do not add insurance unless you request it. We cannot ship large pictures, furniture, farm equipment and other items to large or too long to ship via Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for damage in shipping. Contact us prior to shipping if you wish to add insurance for the cost of the item. YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR SEPARATELY FOR SHIPPING AND OPTIONAL INSURANCE AFTER WE HAVE AN ACCURATE SHIPPING COST.

Checkout Date & Times: Local Winning Bidders may pick up between 1 & 7 pm on Mon. 6/2 or by appt. no later than 6/14. Items too large to ship must be picked up within 15 days of the auction close or they will become the property of Shipping Association Inc.

Driving Directions: The Shipping Association Auction House is a historic two story building on the South side of the railroad tracks right by the main RR crossing in Scales Mound, IL. Across from the Post Office. 230 South Avenue.

LOCAL PICK UP instructions: Winning Bidders who wish to pick up their items locally should notify the Shipping Association Auction Service prior to the close of bidding by email or phone. Items not picked up in 15 days become the property of Shipping Association Inc. Local bidders who will pick up their items and would like to pay with a check should contact us via phone or email for pre-approval prior to the close of the sale otherwise your card will automatically be charged.
