1. Inspection: All prospective buyers are hereby informed to thoroughly inspect any assets they intend to purchase prior to the commencement of the auction. All items are being offered "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ANY FAULT," and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.

2. Risk of Loss: Upon the announcement by Showtime Auctioneers of a lot as "sold," the risk of loss regarding the purchased property immediately transfers to the Buyer. Any theft, loss, or damage occurring subsequent to such announcement shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer warrants and represents that adequate insurance coverage is in place for any items purchased at the auction. The Buyer is obligated to remove all purchased items from the auction site within the checkout period specified in the auction terms.

3. Tie Bids: In the event of a tie bid where two bidders both claim to be the highest bidder upon the auctioneer's declaration of "sold," the auctioneer reserves the sole discretion to reopen the bidding solely between the tied bidders or to all bidders.

4. Catalog Representation: Showtime Auctioneers provides a catalog for the purpose of representing the assets available for auction. However, this catalog serves only as a guide, and buyers are advised to independently verify any details before placing bids.

5. Buyer's Premium: All lots will be subject to an additional 10% buyer's premium.

6. Titled Asset Purchases: For any purchase involving titled assets at Showtime Auctioneers, the Buyer must furnish the following documentation:

- A copy of the Buyer's valid driver's license (front and back).

- Proof of insurance.

Failure to provide the aforementioned documents may result in delays in the completion of the transaction.

1. Invoicing: Invoices for all purchases will be promptly dispatched immediately following the conclusion of each auction. 2. Payment Deadline: All purchases must be settled in full with U.S. funds upon receipt of the invoice and no later than 48 hours after the auction's conclusion.

3. Available Funds: Bidders are advised to bid only with available funds, as Showtime Auctioneers does not provide financing for any purchases.

4. Payment Methods: Bidders can conveniently make payments through the link provided in the email containing their invoice for credit/debit card transactions, or they can follow wiring instructions for bank transfers. A $30 wire fee is applicable to all wire transfers, domestic and international.

5. Convenience Fee: For payments made via credit/debit card, a 3% convenience fee will be added. Please refer to the invoice for details. Note that this fee only applies to buyers paying by credit/debit card.

6. Accepted Forms of Payment: Showtime Auctioneers accepts payments in various forms, including cash, drafts, credit cards, checks, or ACH payments.

7. Release of Assets: Upon receipt of full payment for the invoice, all purchased lots will be released. Showtime Auctioneers does not release any assets based on partial payments. All assets listed on the invoice will be held until payment is received in full.

1. Title Delivery: Upon full payment, Showtime Auctioneers will dispatch all titles via FedEx delivery within a reasonable timeframe subsequent to the sale.

2. Additional Documentation: In cases where the purchased lot is titled, Showtime Auctioneers may require supplementary documentation before releasing the title.

3. Title Shipping Fee: For titled purchases, a $25 title shipping fee will be appended to your invoice following the sale.

4. Title Recipient: Titles will be issued in the name of the buyer. If you prefer the title to be registered under your company name, please ensure that you register for the sale using the company name.

5. Mailing Address Requirement: For the acquisition of titled lots, it is imperative to register for the sale using a PHYSICAL mailing address. PO box addresses will not be deemed sufficient for mailing purposes.

6.  Copy of Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required.

***FOR DOMESTIC BUYERS***

If you are eligible for tax exemption, kindly forward a copy of the relevant document to accounting@showtimeauctioneers.com. Upon receipt of all pertinent sales tax documents, we will promptly exclude the applicable sales tax and issue an updated invoice.

***FOR EXPORT BUYERS***

Please note that sales tax will only be waived upon receipt of a bill of lading, serving as evidence of out-of-country export. Kindly forward any bill of ladings to accounting@showtimeauctioneers.com.

1. Upon full payment of the invoice, an email will be dispatched containing a marked "paid" invoice and a release ticket encompassing all pertinent yard information.

2. Individuals collecting purchased lots must present a "paid" invoice and a release "picking" ticket. In the case of shipments facilitated by a shipping company, please furnish them with these documents, as lots will not be released from the yard without proof of purchase.

3. Buyers are allotted 14 business days from the date of the auction to retrieve purchased lots from the yard.

4. Late retrieval of purchased property must be communicated prior to the expiration of the pickup cut-off period and will incur a daily storage fee of $35.00 USD.

5. In the event that purchased items necessitate prolonged storage on the yard, a daily storage fee of $35.00 will be applicable at our primary yard located at 8200 W Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76108. For assets situated at alternative yard locations, arrangements must be coordinated with the designated yard contact at that specific site.

6. Showtime Auctioneers reserves the right to consider any lots or partial lots left unclaimed after the designated checkout period as abandoned. Such items may be reclaimed to offset any associated costs. Additionally, Showtime Auctioneers retains the right to re-auction abandoned assets after 60 days of delinquency from the loadout deadline following the auction, with a 10% commission rate applied.
