1. All buyers should inspect all and any assets they would like to purchase before the sale. All items are being offered ''AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ANY FAULT'' and ''NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY''.
2. Risk of Loss regarding purchased property passes immediately to Buyer upon Showtime Auctioneers announcing the lot ?sold?. Any theft, loss, or damage occurring after such announcement shall be the Buyer?s responsibility solely. Buyer warrants and represents that Buyer has all necessary insurance for any purchased items in the auction. Buyer shall remove all Buyer?s property from the auction site before the end of the checkout period listed within the auction terms.
3. Tie Bids: If the auctioneer says ?sold? and two bidders believe they are the high bidder. The auctioneer may choose to re-open the bidding between the tied bidders only. This is at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
4. Showtime Auctioneers provides a catalog to represent the assets and it is a guide only. Any details should be verified by the buyer prior to bidding.
5. All lots will have an additional 10% buyers premium.

6. Titled Asset Purchases: For any purchase made at Showtime Auctioneers involving titled equipment, the buyer is required to provide the following documentation:

• A copy of the buyer's valid driver's license front and back
• Proof of insurance.

• Failure to provide the above documents may result in delays in the completion of the transaction.

  
  
   

1. All invoices will be sent out immediately following the end of each auction.  If you don't receive an invoice within 24 hours of the completion of any auction please contact info@showtimeauctioneers.com to inquire.
2. All purchases will be paid in full in U.S. funds upon receiving the invoice and no later than 48 hours after auction.
3. Please bid only with available funds as Showtime Auctioneers will not finance any purchases.
4. Please refer to the link provided in the email with your invoice to pay by credit/debit card, and for wiring instructions.
5. Please note that all wires, domestic & international, will require a $30 wire fee. Please make sure to included in your payment.
6. If paying by CC, there will be a 3% convenience fee added (please see invoice)
7. THE 3% FEE ONLY APPLIES TO BUYERS PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
8. Showtime Auctioneers will accept the following forms of payment; Cash, Drafts, Credit Cards, Checks, or ACH Payments.
9. Upon receiving full payment of invoice all lots will be released. Showtime Auctioneers will not release any assets based on partial payments.
10. All assets on the invoice will be ?held? until the invoice is paid in full.

1. Following payment in full Showtime Auctioneers will deliver all titles via FedEx delivery within a reasonable period following the sale.
2. If the lot purchased is titled, Showtime Auctioneers may request additional documentation before releasing the title.
3. If the lot purchased is titled, a $25 title shipping fee will be added to your invoice following the sale.
4. Titles will go under the name of the buyer. If you would like the title in your company name, please register for the sale with company name.
5. If buying a titled lot (will be disclosed in the auction catalog), please register in the sale using a PHYSICAL mailing address. PO box addresses will not be sufficient for mailing purposes.
