ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLETED CALIFORNIA SALES CERTIFICATE YOUR PAID SALES TAX WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU. Refundable $100.00 credit card payment is due at the time of registration IF YOUR REGISTRATION APPLICATION IS NOT APPROVED. At the end of the auction we will use this same credit card to run your total amount due for winning lots. If your credit card is rejected at registration you will have to re-register using a different credit card. PAYMENT: Cash. Wire Transfer or Major Credit Card or Debit Card. FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE ON DAY OF SALE INCLUDING CASH PAYMENTS THAT MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. Credit card payments will be processed within 48 hours after the close of the auction. All sales are final and are payable at the conclusion of the sale. Shipping Instructions: REMOVAL OF PURCHASES: Buyer must arrange for a carrier service to pick up and ship their items. Cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the BUYER! Buyer must arrange to pick up by March 24, 2022 by 3 pm PST or have items shipped at buyer's expense by March 23, 2022 by 12 noon PST. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have two third party shippers that are not affiliated with Silicon Valley Auction Service. We can provide their contact information, however, Silicon Valley Auction Service and the auction seller are not responsible for any loss of items or damages if purchaser decides to engage them for shipping.

Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up by March 26, 2022 by 3 pm PST and you will need to make an appointment to pick up your items. All shipping arrangements must be arranged and paid for by March 25, 2022 before 5 o'clock PST NO EXCEPTIONS
