You can request a temporary California resale number from the State of California. Contact the California Dept of Fees and Taxes for information on how to acquire a temporary resale number. ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLETED CALIFORNIA SALES CERTIFICATE YOUR PAID SALES TAX WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU. Refundable $100.00 credit card payment is due at the time of registration. At the end of the auction we will use this same credit card to run your total amount due for winning lots. If you do not want us to use the same credit card, contact (email) diana@svauctions.com before the end of the auction to let us know how you plan to pay for your items. If your credit card is rejected at registration you will have to re-register using a different credit card. PAYMENT: Cash. Wire Transfer or Major Credit Card or Debit Card. FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE ON DAY OF SALE INCLUDING CASH PAYMENTS THAT MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. Credit card payments will be processed within 48 hours after the close of the auction. All sales are final and are payable at the conclusion of the sale. A buyer`s premium and local sales tax will be charged on all purchases. Credit card used to register will be used to process payments due at the end of the auction unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer. Should a chargeback be initiated by Buyer, these terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of Buyer's waiver of any chargeback rights. All sales are final. NON-PAYMENT: If any Buyer fails to pay their invoice in full within the time herein specified, Silicon Valley Auction Service reserves the right to charge the Buyer's credit card that was used at time of registration for any unpaid balance on an invoice plus a 18% buyer's premium. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED SINCE YOU HAVE DEFAULTED ON THE CONDITIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS AUCTION.
Deposit Requirements: The auction company requires a deposit of $100.00 to bid in this auction.

Shipping Instructions: REMOVAL OF PURCHASES: We do not have resources for shipping, however, we do have a third party who is willing to ship for the cost of shipping and a handling fee. OR Buyer must arrange for a carrier service to pick up their items. Cost, responsibility, and risk of removal of purchases remain with the BUYER! Buyer must arrange to pick up by November 29, 2021 by 3 pm PST or have items shipped at buyer's expense by November 28, 2021 by 12 noon PST. It is the Buyer`s responsibility to restore/repair all real or personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of the removal. Purchases must be removed from the premises in the time allocated as announced and/or posted by the Auctioneer. Silicon Valley Auction Service reserves the right to charge the Buyer for the costs of storage and/or disposal beyond the removal period. Items not picked up in the time allocated will be considered abandoned. NO purchases may be removed until after the conclusion of the sale.

Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up by November 29, 2021 by 3 pm PST and you will need to make an appointment to pick up your items. All shipping arrangements must be arranged and paid for by November 24, 2021 5 o'clock PST NO EXCEPTIONS
