Payment Instructions: All items purchased must be paid in full by CREDIT CARD, CASH, CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER. ANY PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED A $100 LATE FEE. Credit cards will be charged for full invoice amount of any buyer that does not contact SEAC to set up payment arrangements or does not pay within 48 hours of invoice receipt. No exceptions. Please make sure, before bidding, you are able to do this or have made previous arrangements with SEAC. A 3% convenience fee will be assessed on all credit card purchases.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping arrangements and cost thereof are BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. All buyers are responsible for their own loading and rigging. Any packaging such as palletizing, wrapping, containerizing that is required by shipper is the responsibility of the buyer.
