Payment Instructions: Your card on file with Proxibid at the time of registration will be charged, there is no need to contact us for payment. We will contact you if there are any issues with payment processing. 6% sales tax will be applied to invoices for Maryland residents unless you can provide us with a copy of your tax exemption certificate.

Shipping Instructions: We won't just toss your purchase in a box and send it on its way. We take the care needed to ensure your items arrive to you undamaged. We prepare and ship all of our items in house using USPS for most items, utilizing Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes when possible and FedEX for larger items. WE WILL NOT OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING! Your Hammer Price and Buyer's Premium will be charged to your card on file immediately following the end of the auction. Insurance will be added to any package with a value over $100.00. Once Shipping costs, a nominal Handling charge, and insurance (if required) is determined, they will be charged to your card separately. We do our best to get your winnings out in a timely manner. Most items will ship within 7 days, but this could be delayed depending on the volume of packages we need to prepare. We do not provide shipping cost estimates.
Preview Date & Times: No in person preview is available.
Checkout Date & Times: You will receive an invoice following the conclusion of the auction. Your card on file will be charged automatically for your bids plus buyer's premium first, and then a follow up charge for shipping and handling costs.

We provide accurate descriptions of our items, to the best of our ability. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value, or any of factor that could influence their bids. We encourage questions and will respond in a timely manner. Bidder acknowledges and understands that all items are sold as is, without warranty, and that all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if an item is grossly misrepresented. If we provide a grade, it is only an estimate. If an item does not include authenticity paperwork that means it has not been professionally authenticated and its authenticity is not guaranteed by us. We do research items for authenticity purposes, and if we feel an item is not authentic, we will not list it for sale.
