Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer will be required to sign a real estate sales contract and pay $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) as a non-refundable down payment which will be held in escrow until closing. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place on or before Thursday, June 22rd, 2022. The seller will provide marketable title, the 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Closing costs and title insurance will be split 50/50 between the buyer and the seller.
