All assets will be sold AS-IS, with no warranty expressed on behalf of Sun Auctioneers or the Seller.. All information provided by Sun Auctioneers is believed to be accurate, however, it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER to perform all due diligence and verify conditions prior to offering any bids. Out of State buyers are exempt of Tennessee State Sales Tax on TITLED ASSETS ONLY, upon completion of an exemption form. All Buyers will be responsible to pay Sun Auctioneers a Bidders Fee. The fee amount will be equal to 13% of the final accepted bid amount, including the Internet Hosting Company fees. All purchases must be paid in full prior to removal from any asset from any location. All purchases must be paid in full by close of business day, Friday December 20,2024. Acceptable form of payment is wire transfer. Wiring instructions will be provided to each successful buyer. Buyers are solely responsible for the arranging and expense of all transportations. All items are located in Henderson, Tennessee. No Loading dock or ramp is available. Limited fork lift assistance may be available. Removal of all items is required prior to Dec 30, 2024. A $150 Doc fee will be charged for this service. No Safety, DOT, Condition reports are offered or available. All assets are sold AS-IS. Every person, by their presence, agrees to hold SUN AUCTIONEERS, the CONSIGNOR, THE LANDLORD OF THE PROPERTY and all employees harmless of any and all injuries, or any other type of loss. This includes any damages to any items purchased or transportation vehicles. It is suggested that buyers add any purchases to an insurance policy immediately upon purchase.
