Payment Instructions: All payments must be made within 5 days of the close of the Auction or the purchase will be forfeited. Methods of payments include cash, credit card, money order and cashiers checks. There is a 3% charge for credit card purchases. Sales tax is 8%, there is a 10% Buyer?s Premium for In House purchases. A 18% premium will be added to Internet purchases. No refunds or returns will be accepted as all items are sold AS IS.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping and the buyer is responsible for actual shipping charges. A valid FFL is required within 5 days of the close of the Auction otherwise the purchase will be forfeited. All firearms purchases will be transferred and shipped to a Valid FFL. No C+R FFL’s will be recognized. Shipping of the purchases may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. All lots shipped will have a minimum of $15 in materials fees.
Preview Date & Times: Preview of items in house will be on October 5th from 1:00PM to 5:00PM EST and October 6th from 10:00AM to the start of the auction.
Checkout Date & Times: Purchases can be checked out at the close of the auction.

Driving Directions: The address of the Auction House is 1449 Washington Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Traveling from Atlanta Georgia take I-20 E to exit 172 for US-78/GA-17. Turn right onto US-78/GA-17 and travel .2 miles to your destination on the right. Traveling from Columbia South Carolina take I-20 W to exit 172 for US-78/GA-17. Turn left onto US-78/GA-17 and travel .2 miles to your destination on the right.
