Things to know for this auction: Auction Site: On location at 910 Cedar Bluff Road, Centre, Alabama 35960 Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9) at CVS take Cedar Bluff Road for 3/4 of a mile to WEISS LAKE Tackle & Outdoors on the right. For the home, go an additional 4/10 of a mile to the home on the right. Previews: Personal property preview will be on Friday, June 28th from 9 A.M. until 3 P.M. You may contact our office at any time for a preview of the building and home. Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, June 28th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding. Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before July 28, 2024. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing. There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium (13% for Online) on all personal property that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. There will be NO registration fee for any firearms at this auction. If a purchaser fails background check no refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group, LLC and Seller will retain the firearm. Firearms can be picked up after they are registered and paid for on day of auction. Any firearms sold online must be either picked up or shipped to licensed dealer with current FFL in the state of residence of the purchaser. Purchaser will be responsible for any cost involved with this process.
