Special Terms
1)This is a Live Online auction. .
2) It is the responsibility of the bidder to read all auction information prior to bidding. By registering, the bidder has agreed to all conditions including, but not limited to, Proxibid Terms and Conditions, Terry Hester Auction Service Terms and Conditions and also Agrees to the Shipping and Removal Instructions, Payment Terms and Instructions set for this auction.
3) Bidding for a timed auction works like absentee bidding. You bid the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for an item, and the computer will enter bids on your behalf up to your maximum amount. (You may win the item for less than your maximum bid.)
4) Extension of Bid Time: For Timed Auctions Only. Any item receiving a bid in the last five minutes of the auction will automatically extend the bidding on that item. This will continue until all bidding ceases on that item.
5) All items are sold as is, where is without warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the seller or the auctioneer. Item descriptions and conditions have been derived from sources believed to be correct, however they are not guaranteed by the seller or the auctioneer. All measurement are approximate may vary some. Personal on site inspection is recommended. The failure of any bidder to inspect, or to be fully informed as to the condition of the property, will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of bid.
FIREARMS: Firearm purchases require shipment to licensed FFL dealers.
You will receive two invoices- the first is your purchases only and the second is the actual shipping charges. Your credit card will be charged twice- once for purchases and once for shipping.
All ATF rules apply to this and all Firearm Auctions.

6) Bidders who do not attend the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determining factor.
7) All transactions are between the buyer and the seller. The auctioneer is acting only as the sellers agent.
8) A seventeen percent (17%) Buyer Premium will be added to all purchases.
9)NOTE: ALL South Carolina Residence WILL BE CHARGE 6% state sales tax UNLESS we have proper tax exempt form in file in our office.

10) All purchases will be paid for by credit card on file with Proxibid be sure the card is updated (Visa or MasterCard only). The credit card number on file will be charged for the full amount of purchases (bid price, plus buyer premium, plus sales tax, if applicable) within 2 hours of the end of the auction.
11) Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
12) Any bidder whose credit card is DECLINED WILL BE CHARGED A $30 processing fee on declined cards or to run an additional credit card. Up Date if expiration date etc,
13) All purchases must be paid for, in full, prior to removal of any items from the auction site.
14) PICK UP:Terry Hester's Auction Service, **WILL NOT, ship, pick-up, deliver, load or supply personnel or equipment for loading. NO EXCEPTIONS, Bring someone to help SAVE having to make two trips...
