The Purchaser must pay ten percent (10%) of the final bid price in cash, certified funds, or personal check with prior approval. Auctioneer will require the Purchaser to complete an Auction Purchase Contract immediately following the sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash or certified funds within 30 days of auction date, time being of the essence.
