1.The property/properties to be sold are located at: 508 Foxwood Drive, Nicholasville, KY 40356; 201 & 209 Lakeshore, Lexington, KY 40502 (these are two tracts but one apartment complex); 270 Lyndhurst, Lexington, KY 40508; 604 North Lime, Frankfort, KY; 2001 St Michael, Lexington, KY; 240 High Street, Versailles, KY; and 141-147 Bradford, Paris, KY 2.The property/properties are to be sold at Reserve Online Auction in their "as is" condition without any warranty or guaranty expressed or implied as to the physical condition of the property/properties or any of the improvements thereon. 3. A Five Percent (5%) Buyer’s Premium shall be added to the final bid price to determine the purchase price. The Purchaser must pay ten percent (10%) of the final purchase price in cash, certified funds, or personal check with prior approval. Auctioneer will require the Purchaser to complete an Auction Purchase Contract immediately following the sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash or certified funds within 30 days of auction date, time being of the essence.
