Payment Instructions: On the Monday following the sale of the auction, you will receive an invoice showing the total owing for your purchases. Once Tillmon Auction Service processes your invoice, the credit card/debit card that you registered with will be charged the full amount of the invoice. If you have any discrepancies with your invoice, please contact Tillmon Auction Service (253) 625-7664 as soon possible so that they can be addressed and corrected if necessary. Please note that your credit card/debit card will reflect two separate charges, ONE for the invoice amount and ONE for shipping.
Currency Type: USD
Shipping Instructions: Tillmon Auction Service will use USPS Priority Mail, UPS & FedEx for all shipping. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. All packages are automatically insured for the amount of your invoice, you must contact us to opt out of insurance. You must contact Tillmon Auction Service and let us know if there is another way that you would like your items shipped. We only charge for the actual cost of shipping plus a small handling fee of $3 to $5 per box to be shipped. If you purchase an item that is 50lbs or more, over sized, or a piece of furniture, you as the buyer are responsible for the crating and shipping of that item, Tillmon Auction Service will not ship Please allow 7 to 10 business days for shipping
Preview Date & Times: All items can be previewed the Friday before the auction from 9AM to 5:30PM and the day of the Auction 12PM to 5PM
Checkout Date & Times: All ProxiBid invoices are processed the Monday following the sale of the auction. Local ProxiBid buyers, may come into the auction house during the auction to pay and pick-up items. Please note the 15% buyers premium is still in effect.

There is a 17% Buyers Premium on all items purchased on ProxiBid. If you live in the State of Washington Sales Tax will be included in your invoice, unless you provide Tillmon Auction Service with a valid Resellers Permit number. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE ITEMS YOU ARE BIDDING ON, if you are unsure about an item or have any questions feel free to contact Tillmon Auction Service 253-625-7664. In order to be fair to our consignors and other bidders, if you mistakenly bid on an item, and are the winning bidder, we will not be able to back out the sale. All sales are finale unless otherwise stated by the Auctioneer. ALL LOCAL BUYERS PLEASE READ: EFFECTIVE 3/15/2014 If you are a local buyer bidding on Proxi, you have until the Wednesday after the auction to pick up your items. Any items that have not been picked up by the Wednesday following the auction will incur a minimum storage fee of $25. Any items that still remain in the auction house the week following the auction will be forfeited back to Tillmon Auction Service. Any exceptions to these terms will have to be made in advance with approval by Tillmon Auction Service.
