Any items that have not been picked up by the Wednesday following the auction will incur a minimum storage fee of $25. Any items that still remain in the auction house the week following the auction will be forfeited back to Tillmon Auction Service. Any exceptions to these terms will have to be made in advance with approval by Tillmon Auction Service.
